We saw 1 large oil lantern surrounded by 7 smaller ones; 1 large sailboat surrounded by 7 dolphins; 1 large clay pot surrounded 7 smaller ones-the difference being that the smaller pots were proportionally sized based on the size of the emirates. The 3 larger pots represented Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah respectively. In Fujairah, one roundabout contained 3 sharks, again representing the 3 largest emirates.

Apparently it was colder than usual here today - an average of only 25C during the day, but it did feel a little cooler along the Corniche.
