The day started at 4:30 AM as we got up to go to the Taj for sunrise. We arrived there at about 5:30 and got inside at 6:00. After taking many pictures we then returned to the hotel for breakfast. We then went shopping, first at the marble factory which also had many other things as well including clothes. We didn't buy anything at this stop.

I am writing from Delhi on our second day here. Today, we have a 5-hour drive today to Agra where we will see, among other things, the Taj Mahal.

It seems that boasting never fails to backfire. After arriving late in the evening two nights ago in New Delhi and getting settled in to the hotel, we decided to get a small bite to eat before …

May 9th 25th installment In the morning we have breakfast at the hotel and wait for the arrival of our driver and guide for the day. When they arrive at the hotel, we take care of formalities, such as returning the cell phone that had been loaned to us on our first arrival in Delhi. So far that phone has been useful in making changes to our travel …

We gave him 10 rolls of TP, our leftover …

As we passed in and out of New Delhi seeing India we stayed at this hotel for four nights over three different stops. We also enjoyed our Christmas Eve dinner here. The service and amenities are extraordinary. We highly recommend.
