The 2 older boys stayed up late to have dinner with us, and loved the range of board games the hotel had to offer. Being owned by an English couple it was well stocked with the likes of Jenga, Connect 4, Draughts, etc etc.
Off to Kandy tomorrow and our last 2 weeks of adventure before heading home to reality....

Lotus Lounge
Unlike the lounges elsewhere, apparently the guests had to be paid for to stay here. There were lots of food and drinks there, there was a place to shower, and there were computers to be used, including a printer, and there was wifi.
My mom wanted to go explore the city outside, but I was against the idea as I needed them to help me out in the itinerary.

I have your number....Alex did a brilliant job of answering the questions politely and telling him he didnt have a mobile number but we could take his and tell him if we ever come back...he rang lots of people and managed to find a mobile number to give us...we didnt have any paper so he got us to remember it. Then the police came and got rid of him! Thank goodness!
