... by 2am, fire was out and we were all about to sleep when we all heard a big thud from outside the tent..... WTF!! Brooke and Andi shot straight up and starred, Kyla and I were so stiff. We didn't want to move but what the hell was that! We made some loud noises to scare off the critter but we think it was most likely a bear or possibly a cougar. It was a heavy thud, not a raccoon or anything. That kept us awake for just a little longer! But in the morning we all had limbs and all ...

... getting some snaps! Beautiful bluebird day with the frozen lake. And again... Amazing! It's just so beautiful there. After many stops and snaps we made it to Banff. Saw some elk, also a few more snaps and then parked up the road. We put our walking shoes on and hiked up to the top of Tunnel Mountain which looks over Banff and the valley. Decent 20minute walk up but it was nice. Wandered down and had some lunch in town. We didn't have too much time in Banff but I liked the town. ...

... we asked if summer dresses and shorts were appropriate and fortunately they said yes. However I got pushed and shoved out of the way when buying ice creams by Turkish women, so maybe not a dress next time. The next night we camped out at ANZAC cove on the 24th and attended the dawn services to remember those who fought for our country. ... a friend we met at Cornucopia, and Birte another friend we met volunteering and enjoyed a catch up, some free drinks and free chicken wings. There were some gifts given out to those who had volunteered a lot and a free for all for the rest of us to get some free swag. ... to make use of something we had a lot of. Now that market research (fact it remained un-sold) told me that these were not suitable I decided to improve it.
I replaced the fridge type shelves with wooden ones, making use of some random bit of wood, sawing them to the right length and screwing them into position, see photos.
