... It was only us and two crew on the sailboat. We headed south, made it around Horseshoe Island, and tacked back and forth in the increasing wind back to harbor. I'd asked how deep the keel went- 5 feet was the answer. At one point the captain say, "ok, we need to tack, we are quickly running out of real estate". We had time before our Taleisin tour to visit Tower Hill State Park. This truly intrigued me, I had no idea how lead shot was made back in the day, it really is an amazing story. But this state park is in dire need of some TLC. Man, there were gypsies in the campground set up for the summer, the exhibits haven't been touched in what looked like 40 years ...
