I think we are all ready to go now. All looking forward to our Trip - it should be a good 10 days.

Tonight we are staying in a Travelodge at Wooferton between Ludlow and Tenbury Wells and had dinner at the Salwey Arms Hotel, a place we had always planned on visiting while staying at Tenbury, but never found the time. Tomorrow we continue our drive south, this time to Sussex, where we will spend the week exploring the south coast of England.
... Local organisations had floats in the parade and I felt so sorry for the little dance group girls who were really living their theme of 'Frozen' in their little costumes! In the afternoon we ventured down to the park to see falconry displays, trick pony riding, strong men competitions etc etc - bit of a laugh! And so we set off in our next great adventure, five days after arriving home from the last one. All the washing done, bug done :( ready to go. Set off about half 11 in the end, and stopped just south of avonmouth for a ham roll and a packet of crisps. Lovely spot with picnics tables by the trailer bit. Arrived at Treveor Farm about quarter to 5 and was just in awe of the ...
... and returned the way we had come.
We found our way into Habberley Valley and followed the road to Catchem's End Chip Shop, where the kids persuaded me to buy them a cone of chips. The final lap was through Major Webbs down to the leisure centre. As we passed the 15 miles mark, we all did a happy dance. The kids' legs were aching a bit by this point.
