... to watch the sunset over the ocean, slowly downing our ice cold beers. Relaxing at the beachside bar we watched the tourists of all different nationalities walk by, as the sky did it's multicoloured dance in the background. ... fish in a sweet-and-sour sauce, chicken with some kind of yummy and very spicy sauce, sticky rice, veggies, soup that I didn't like, and very fresh fruit. We ate our fill, noting that the solo Denmark gal was an eater of our caliber, and moseyed on towards our final activity. Very sad to be leaving Penang because it's been so good. The people have been really warm, restoring our faith in Malaysia and the place just makes you feel chilled and relaxed. Breakfast in the courtyard was busy filled with people on visa runs from Thailand, who piled in with their visa applications and passports ready to hand over to the hotel staff. It was interesting sitting back and watching it all as we tucked into our big fat breakfast. We tore ourselves away ...
