      ... Cardiologist. What will happen next, who knows. But we will, no doubt keep you informed.

      So I'm sorry but the planned 9 weeks blog is a sad 2 weeks only. I hope you enjoy what there is and ANY comments on here will be hugely and gratefully received. That way I know you have read it and that IF we are lucky enough to do anymore travel in the future, I will blog again.

      ... have to be fixed but I don't know how because the solution requires a PC and I have an Apple Mac. Bother.

      After Swannage I drove down to Devon stopping at my favourite farm Shop (Felicities Farm Shop near Charmouth) to stock up on Christmas goodies. I then called in at Stover Country Park near Exeter and gave Treacle a good walk around the lake before pottering on to Hillhead Caravan Site in South Devon. I had booked a lovely serviced ...

      ... the hill stations of India, only lacking passengers on the roof! Not ideal! Its a slow train stopping at every conceivable place but eventually we are at the Virgin desk, booked in, cases gone and at the restaurant of the Premier Inn wine in hand! This is more like it, the holiday has definitely started now.

      ... him or his IT kit.... and very nice it was too. All checked in at the premier inn, couple of drinks before calling it a night. WEDNESDAY up at six and a thirty minute shuttle bus to terminal five. Beer with breakfast (well we are on holiday), picked up a couple of bottles of gin (not sure what we'll be able to get in Abu Dhabi) before boarding the flight.
