We met with Ayu, our coordinator, early this morning to find out more details for the rest of the week and then headed back to the Mansion Resort pool. We had lunch there and I was happy to find they had pho on the menu. We headed back to Penestanan to the coffee shop where we were told to meet the group for the painting class but did not find …

This morning we were supposed to join the group for an Indonesian language class but Maria and I opted for a day to pamper ourselves. This morning we breakfasted on banana pancakes and omelette, which is included in the room. I just don't have the words to describe this heaven.

The taxi was to pick me up at 4am.

At about 350am, I went outside and waited.

And waited. By 420, the taxi stil had not appeared. Rather than risk not being at the airport in time, I started walking to the main street.

    It was empty.

I stopped in at a 24-hour convenience store near my hotel. I asked if they knew a taxi driver. He didn't and said I should go closer to the soccer field.
