The hotel is right in the heart of Brisbane and in walking distance of most of the major attractions in the city center. The rooms are clean and nice with enough amenities for a big family.

So, that's the initial post from us for this trip and we'll keep you informed as we proceed.
    Take care y'all

... head home to meet a client - again everyone busy but us :-) We were headed for a walk along the coast from Manly to Yannum which was lovely, though finding our way back from the boardwalk was interesting - a circular walk brought us out somewhere totally different! Thank god for Google Maps which guided us back to the station and we hopped on a train, then a bus, back to Bulimba. And within no time it was time to say bye bye to Ali and family. It was so good ...

... t get caught in the storm". Well we did. And it was nuts. Boarding a rickety, old passenger boat as lightning sprung in the distance, it felt like we were sailing into the unknown. The lightning (which is actually my biggest childhood fear) was outrageous and mesmerising. I have not seen the sky do anything like that before and I got sone great videos and pictures, which I will try and upload! It was utter pitch black, except for the lightning, and it really did feel like the ...
