After Byron Bay, I was lucky enough to meet up with Stacey, the friend I first met up with in Dawson, Yukon, through Brad. Stacey was in Brisy for the night, and was awesome enough to play tourguide for a quick whirlwind tour for the evening, accompanied by her pal, Jackie. The quality of these shots is compromised by the night photography, but think of them as 'artsy'. In our ...
Brisbane, Queensland, Australia melanietravels... any involuntary bowl movements, I run away!...Welcome to Australia. Unfortunately this hasn’t been my only close encounter with the many snakes that live here and am sure that as summer approaches there are many more to come. As most of my friends in Brisbane are friends of Jennie there is a slight age gap but I have absolutely no problem with living like a 21 year old again! As such there have been many 21st parties to go to which has been a great opportunity to catch up with ...

All I could think was OMG, Im going to have to sleep here tonight! But thankfully Ray got through to his wife Jan + about 40minutes later we were saved!!
We were telling Jan all about or job situation + that we had to try + get to Charleville from there, but to ...
... Tracy i had to ask if it was a swingers bar and she said no, it was just a restaurant where you sat on the floor and had your own room, divided by curtains. But she wanted to keep John going so she sat next to him and told him the couples she had picked would be in soon. Then of course the waiter came and asked us if we wanted to go to our table.
So after all the stressing out we got to sit down on cushions on the floor, pick a number of dishes and ...
... on a Philly CheeseSteak.
3. Transport: Most unique -Cable car in San Fran; luxury - Air NZ plane from Hawaii and Auckland; Worst: Shuttle driver in New York who tried to kill us about 10 times during drive from Airport to Hotel
4. Lost – 1 hat, 1 savings card (didn’t like the hat and no-one used my card during time before cancelled and still had access to funds)
5. Money – best buy – apart from food and drinks - probably a ring in Hawaii ...

... awake time in the water while Melanie was happily enjoying some "private" time on the beach, swimming in the olimpic pool and doing yoga (to make herself capable of standing Massimo for the rest of the trip). We then quickly visited Brisbane and Perth, where we managed to catch up with a guy we met in Bolivia (!!). We're now in Hong Kong, our next stop in Asia, looking forward for the third and last continent of our trip. Soon following M&M's in Asia.
Brisbane, Queensland, Australia melmax... can eat about 35kg of food a day but they always ensure they only ever feed the up to 5kg of food so that they don't start to depend on it. The food then only asks as a top up to what they have to go and catch themselves, just in case for some reason they weren't able to make it out to feed them. We got there at about just after 8am and the volunteer guy was on the mic explaining what would happen. He told us they were wild and therefore they ...
Brisbane, Queensland, Australia oldhamguy... that I believe it. I also learned that if you like the sun, like beer, are not in a relationship, regularly play sport, and are willing to sprint to the front of a room, you will adapt well to life in Australia. Supposedly. So after our official welcome we we treated to morning tea, which didn't actually include tea but instead coffee, juice, fruit, and mini-muffins, and light socialization. Then back on in to the Study ...
Brisbane, Queensland, Australia erinaldo1587... everything. The zoo itself was very comfortable for a lack of a better description. The handlers strolled around with their animals and showed them to us and told us a bit about their habits and homes. Most animals were small and didn't need big enclosures, making the entire zoo small and easy to get around. They had most of the animals native to Australia and the very professionally produced enclosures and ...
