The hotel is right in the heart of Brisbane and in walking distance of most of the major attractions in the city center. The rooms are clean and nice with enough amenities for a big family.

He was also pretty tired as I could tell in his face. Just as we suspected he did not ask much about what we did with our several hours of freedom - ha, I won't tell him about my ice cream then!!! Christine and I drove to a mountain that has a great lookout ...

We were both sad to say goodbye not only to Sandi and the family but to Australia overall as we have both had the most amazing two months of our lives. Liam rates the gold coast 7.5/10 and brisbane 7/10. We didn't explore the gold coast too much besides the parks but travelled through a little bit to get around and ...

He also dislikes that true friends are hard to make. When asked about Easter traditions, he said, people socialize at a BBQ and watch cricket on TV. No particular Easter activities. I have asked others who told me that some people do go to church, mainly for Easter Sunday. So I might do that in Sydney. ...

We had a great time spending more time with with people we had and are getting to know better on this visit. We sat next to Ken Murray who travels regularly to India and Sri Lanka and got more accounts of his journeys and adventures.

    What a wonderful day!
