All good things come to an end, and so our time in Florida. To end our ten days we chose the seafood buffet at the casino in Pompano Beach. Soups, salads, King Crab legs, shrimp, oysters and oh so much more... Roast beef and chicken and an Asian corner to just die for and don't start me on the sweets table! The meal includes a choice of wine or beer ( 3 glasses of wine or 3 bottles of beer) for $29.99. After supper we played a few machines and I broke even so a good night all ...

... in Cairns (I’m not making this up), on the same mission of seeing the sights that I was.

There were Kangaroos with Joeys peering out of their pouches, all kinds of unique birds, adorable Koala bears, well most of them anyway. The one they passed to me nipped me in the finger.

There was our Alice Springs Outback excursion where they served Vegemite on toast in the morning and so on. Sadly I departed Australia after only 24 days “down under.”

... DeSoto in St Peter's Beach. We told him he would love it there. We are off to Miami tomorrow actually a little south of Miami closer to Everglades National Park.
