Wow what an exhausting but outstanding day. All my reservations about flying to Istanbul and beginning this adventure form there are now gone. This place as seen to that on its own!

As it was a cloudless, blue sky, I got up early to wash the inside of the tent out as well as wash up all the bedding stuff. It was simple enough and by 9'oclock, everything was already dry.

We briefly skirted by Veliko Tarnovo before arriving at the lovely campsite which was nestled into the hills just outside.
