... good.

Burgas yesterday, we went out to Nessebar which is outside Burgas. A lovely old area and worth the visit. Now in another city in Bulgaria, the second largest city. We decided to walk around ourselves as we are churched out.

Off to Sochi tonight, can't get off ship in Russia unless we are on a ship excursions, well we have money to burn.

Perhaps it does not have a stunning cathedral but the panorama more ...

... the city and surrounding country side from this mammoth citadel built between the 5th and 12th centuries. At the summit a picturesque church. Wow. It's difficult to describe the feeling walking in. This has to be one of the most powerful places of worship. The entire inside was covered with dali-esque paintings portraying biblical stories in the most fascinating and haunting way. A far cry from its humble exterior. We fell in love. No ...
