Åkte iväg klockan 0630 på lordagsmorgonen, först till bagelrian och lämnade den 0640 med bilen full av varm choklad, kaffetermos, äggmackor (ja, alla börjar tröttna), ett dussin bagels, säsongens första pepparkakor och ett kilo äpplen. ... that wetted my palatte, however the rest of the group were salivating at the selection of seafood. My options came down to either a Cobb Salad or an Asian Chicken Salad. I was leaning towards the Cobb, mainly due to my relatively new obsession with Avocados, however my husband Curt convinced me to do the Asian. It was good...but I seriously think I would have enjoyed the avacados more!

This year we skied for two weeks and both spring skiing and some good snow. We skied Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, and Arapahoe Basin. One day Peter and Ron took the day off and went fly fishing with a guide in Silverthorne. It was cold and they caught one fish but they still had a good time. Mike and Laurie joined us for a couple of days which was great!

Alert, alert....the big guy is anxious...cell phone is on the fritz, he forgot to pack undies, refusing to take a shower.....We are making an emergency shopping run to get him supplies....John and I just did a 1 hour mountain hike. ... told us that there's a saying in Summit County: "If it's free, it's for me." I have learned just how true that is! We once woke up at 6 am to go to 5 different coffee shops in town to collect free mugs full of free coffee. It's an expensive night if we spend more than $5 when we go out on the town. I'm going to miss living in Breckenridge. But I am looking forward to not having to wear long underwear everyday when I get to Sydney!
