... week to kill before my flight south to Dallas, so I hired a Wicked Camper van a took a drive down into the USA to Seattle. The weather wasn't great and the van decor' was a little inappropriate and got more more attention than I'd have liked but it's was a good week.
Seattle reminded me a lot of Vancouver but busier.

... school. We have even noticed that she is talking so much more and it is so clear. And she is also blowing kisses now. So sweet!!

The first week back at work for Mama was not bad at all. I was able to sort through my 2600 emails and organize myself to pick back up where I left off - thanks to a great boss and awesome co-workers.

... theories, but as it was an hour each way on the bus, and only having a few hours to spare there just wasn't enough time! Fortunately a five minute shuttle ride from the hotel, there was a great mall to pass the time, and on returning from that, a lovely outdoor pool to bask in the 40 degree Texas heat. Not such a bad trip after all ...

... the rain. But, David (the landlord) said that the township sprays for mosquitoes. They have trucks that go up and down all the roads/streets and spray. Plus, they have been doubling up on their schedule because of the rainfall. We have gone for walks every day and have not been bothered by mosquitoes.
