      Another set of goodbyes, a smooth train journey to Gatwick in the middle of the night and a long, sleepless few hours in the terminal waiting area before I could go through security and bag checks.       At the moment I am sitting in a room in Tokyo enjoying the coolness of airconditioning, but not enjoying a jetlagged body which is telling me that I should be sleeping even though it is only midday.
