... local speciality dried meats, which May sampled, and almond biscuits, which were more to my taste. It was bizarre to see signs for a 'pasteleria' which was actually selling very Asian goodies, 'dentista' with a Chinese name alongside, and 'muebles' on a shop of beautiful oriental antique furniture! They are just not languages and cultures which I associate together at all, but it was lovely to read the ...
Macau, China fishtails04...

Macau Peninsula, Macau, China nax... no idea what it was, but we figured we would be around a bit longer and that we would return to it. We headed back to the pier the next day to not only try a different travel agent, but a different hotel. There was nothing really wrong with the place we stayed, but it wasn't quite what we were looking for in way of a splurge. Let's be truthful - I haven't seen a bathtub since beginning of September that I can relax in. This time ...
Macau, Macau ssfahring... slippers, iron and ironing board provided · full-stocked minibar · a round dining table with 3 chairs Maybe I am lucky because the check-in service is very quick and the staff is very friendly as well. On the following day, I walk around the Grand Canal Shoppes. It is a huge shopping paradise with elegant "streetmosphere", providing the most unique ...
Macau, China cristinaw... in for less than half price. The reservoir seats aren't great, but I was able to move over to the Grandstands on Saturday and in front of a big screen TV today. The energy in Macau reminds me a lot of the 2nd weekend of June in Montreal when the F1 GP comes to town and you can feel the energy growing throughout the week. Like much of China, Macau has changed a lot over the past 16 years since my first visit to the first Casino Lisboa in Macau. Since Vegas interests ...
Macau, China rcys... Lim Leoc garden, which is this little bit of very niceness in the middle of a bunch of ugly ugly buildings. There were a lot of natives in the walled garden area sitting around and playing cards, or just enjoying the space. Nice little ponds full of fish and relaxed little brdiges. Following the garden, the group trouped over to the Ruins of St. Paul's Church, which is next door to the ruins of a very early university and the Museum of Macao. Many photos were taken. After the ...

Everyone wants to be colored white. Been a typical tourist and went on a harbor boat cruise. Got pestered by loads of Indian blokes asking me to buy a suit. They are everywhere. You could spend alot of money here if you were not careful. Tried to ...
