... obvious that it was more of industrial/ shipping town. Dover was a strange town with not much to it. We walked around a little bit and explored. Then we headed to the cliffs. They were absolutely beautiful! It was such a fun day. We didn't tour Dover Castle which is kind of a bummer, but we just didn't have time. But it was cool from the outside! Anyways, it was great weekend. Only one more month left, woah..

After many months of planning and thinking , here we are, just a few months away from the best adventure of our lives. Jon and I are getting married on the 27th of July 2015 and then going travelling for an entire year! :)

There is a lot to do still, but we have planned our route and started packing our bags. There is so much to look forward to, from the long train journeys through Russia, to riding wild horses ...

Actually the fun had started a couple of hours earlier, I've had a few days off and so I'd arranged to meet up with my work colleagues in Cardiff and get a lift with them to the hotel. Our Sunday night worship experience was interesting to say the least! We headed off to the local Church of Wales 6pm service and were greeted warmly by the Vicar. We suspect they had not had visitors for some time. First hymn and Janet had a fit of the giggles, followed by Dave and then Paul. I was very disciplined! Trouble was we were all singing the hymn as it should have been ...
