    ... walking along Royal street, I chatted with a fellow working in one of the many art galleries on the road. He recommended a couple of restaurant - mr. B's on Royal (lunch) and Sylvain's on Chartres near Jackson square. Found a great place for lunch on Royal. Homemade soup (tomato bisque) and sandwiches/salads. Very tasty!     ... until Mardi Gras, which is 47 days before Easter. In England we refer to it as Pancake Tuesday the day before Ash Wednesday which denotes the start of Lent which precedes Easter. Now do you understand or did I just confuse you more?     ... INCREDIBLE. The jazzed up the whole room and the music pulsed through your body so naturally it was near impossible not to get up and dance.
