    I am going to be well looked after- the induction programme looks pretty thorough....i have emailed this around to a few people who were asking....if you are interested let me know!

    ... Luckily, my narcoleptic skills kicked in half way through and I managed about an hour's sleep which relieved some of the boredom. Arriving at Heathrow central bus station, we grabbed our bags and Lucy headed straight for the travellator. I decided that my pedometer count on my iPhone had been getting a little low lately, so I opted to walk beside her for the exercise.     ... woodlands, past lighthouses and on to Dancing Ledge where daredevil cliff climbers dare to jump! A casual lunch at Durlston Castle with a view back to old Harry Rocks...WOW!

    A visit to Russell Cotes art gallery and museum on the cliff top near Bournemouth was also a lovely day. Amazing art exhibits!
