Andrew and his pals had the energy to go for MTB ride at 6 am, then back to eat most of the leftovers!   Late afternoon we all set off up the mountain to a small lake, Midway Lake. Chipmunks all around our feet as we ate brekkie.

Drove to opposite side of the reservoir then hiked a "strenuous" round trip of 5 km to the dinosaur trackway, on the rock face next to the reservoir, opposite our previous night's camp. Very disappointing, hard to see, lots of gravel debris, and no comparison to ...

Back at the house, we all enjoyed the hot tub on the verandah, oddly surrounded by snow! Then Elk Stew for ...

... not to do another day at the Grand Canyon So we drove to Sedona, AZ this morning. It was an easy drive and well worth it. It's beautiful, seems to be a mix of the red rock formations of Utah that we liked but also very green in the surrounding areas. Our RV spot is the best we've had. We got settled and went to the Sedona golf resort this afternoon. We played 9 but were then rained out. We'll go back tomorrow! I could spend a week here easily. ...
