          ... no need for education, they all do manual apprenticeships, it is monitored by US government. We have seen many of the buggys on the road, they are just like you see in the movies. We are going out to a farm in the morning, am hoping to purchase some genuine Amish goodies, may need three suitcases to come home. Amish means Gods Children.

          ... of historical trust. We then started exploring the green farming area of the plain people, learnt something today, it is not just Amish here, there is also a community of Mennonites (these are Amish ways but may use electricity and cars).           ... have good food in Amish Country! It is really beautiful country and very interesting seeing so many Amish driving their carriages everywhere. We didn't see any of the so called Amish Mafia, but we would not have known it if we seen one.

          Tomorrow we leave for Jersey City and New York. Should be an interesting time.
