This morning we hit the road by 10:00, for a day on the road. Driving for a day doesn't seem bad when you're in the RV because we can walk around, and do things. We don't have to stop for the "bathroom" or if we need to make a drink / coffee.. You just get right on up and do it. I am missing the consistent. moderate climate of CA. It's one of the reasons I know I belong in CA.
Tomorrow (no rain predicted) I'll travel to Sioux Falls, SD and another 400 miles will put me at Mt. Rushmore. My next known stop is Reno, NV (1200 miles from Mt R) to visit Blair and his family. My best guess is that I'll be in Reno the week of July 7.
