... And who would play me in the sequels to 'The Greatest Story Ever Told' and 'The Bible' and 'Ben Hur'. Yul Bryner, no he's dead, Telly Savalas, not sure if he's alive but I don't like Chuppa Chups. Maybe Peter Garrett but he'd have to bend down a lot. My mind is really racing now until I feel a gentle pressure on my arm, it's Sioux asking me if everything is ok and I realise it was only a dream - or was it.

Today, I left my home in Sag Harbor, NY with my
poodle Charley. I have decided to go on
this trip in order to rediscover the country that I once knew. I plan on going all over the united
states. I will be traveling in my camper that has a bed in the back for me to sleep in some nights during my trip. Today, I am on my way to my sons
      boarding school in Massachusets.

My journey begins in Sag Harbor, New York. This is my home. My trip has already been delayed because of Hurricane Donna. I'm almost thinking of stopping this trip before it begins. I can't bring myself to after this much preparation, so off I go with my dog Charley to rediscover America!

... fog. A little further east I had dinner of real New England fare at a seafood shack on the beach – fish and chips, clam rolls, clam chowder, and cole slaw. What they called clam rolls I’d be more inclined to call clam puffs or clam fritters, a deep-fried fluffy dough balls with some chopped clams in the batter. It was nothing like a New England lobster roll, which is what I expected it to resemble.

I camped for the night at ...
