      ... Fun. The water was high though and we didn't feel safe getting down on the lower level as waves were sending water there. I don't know if Lake Michigan has rogue waves?       ... seeing some sandhill cranes along the way. The walk to the arch is up the hill so I went alone. The hillside at one point was covered in poison ivy. First time I've really seen it. Viewing an arch covered with lichen and moss and trees and in a wooded glen is a little different for me.
