On our way to Peachland and stopped in to a few wineries. We took a tour at Mission Hill, (bought the wine). Had lunch at Quail's Gate, (bought the wine). And stopped into Volcanic Hills winery to buy some red wine because we've been buying white till then. ...
... and one of the later places had a good restaurant also, so we moved on.
Next was St Hubertus - on the wine tour map but apparently shunned by most visitors. Where Cedar Creek and some of yesterday's wineries were packed to the rafters, this one was deserted. ... off exploring, there is a free lift near our home that they used and we didn't see them until dark. Sue and I had a coffee, a nice one and chatted, we had a lot to catch up on which we continued when we got home. We put on a pot of pea and ham soup to cook and Sue and Russ made a spaghetti bol for tea, it is nice looking out of the windows seeing snow and people skiing past and being nice and warm.
