        T-minus 3 days to departure and the reality of traveling to another continent for over a month is starting to set in.

        Things I have yet to do:

        • Get malaria prophylaxis and travelers diarrhea medication
        • Find a carry-on that fits British Airways size dimensions
        • Get beach bod ready (lolz)
        • Tie up all 1 million loose ends before I leave

        ... Of course it being Sunday, we found a Lutheran Church and took a picture of it! Then we drove in to downtown Des Moines.
