... right on Lake Michigan, the shoreline hasn't been built up leaving lots of scenic green space. Downtown is full of old architecture and includes a riverwalk. There are some decent looking bars and pubs as it is a college town. With half the buildings and the lake buried in a cloud right now though, the life has been choked out of the city. This morning we met a friend and his daughter for breakfast at a great restaurant in the historic 3rd ward district. We enjoyed the chance to catch up with friends and learn about Milwaukee from locals. Thank you Dennis! After breakfast we headed for the Harley Davidson Museum.
