Also Cady and Vic were doing other things for the weekend, but Matthias, the chief of police on “the Rez” was there this year. Finally got to the head of the line and got Walt’s, Ruby’s, Matthias’ and Ferg’s autographs in my book and on the calendar. It was arranged so that ...

Although the road, with its many switchbacks up and down takes about 3 hours to drive, we figured we should check it out. We would have to agree that the drive was worth it. Lots of great scenery and vast valleys and mountains to view.

The car park we were in was a nice quiet spot that we might have a go at staying in over night as there dosn't seem to be any signs that say we can't. After dinner we had a wander into the main street to see what a busy Saturday night in Buffalo was like. We then wandered back to the van to see if we could settle in for the night. Around 10pm there was a drunk ...
