... African roads lay in wait for us as we headed south. Most of the roadway is tarmac but there are a good number of construction projects causing small detours running parallel to the highway. These detours stir up quite a bit of dust, so much so that you feel kind of like Linus when the day is done. But this is the way of life in East Africa. Time moves at its own pace.
