Day 12- Dallas, TX- Dealey Plaza

Day 12

Dallas, TX- Dealey Plaza

Let's start by saying, We survived. We left the hotel this morning at about 10am and headed downtown towards Dealey Plaza, we actually made it without any incident, traffic was not bad, the route we had mapped worked smoothly and all was well. Anyway, we got there and went to get 2 virtual geocaches and walked around the historic district. One area was the Texas Heritage District, the Grassy Knoll, Kennedy Plaza and Dealey Plaza along wi...

Austin to Dallas, TX and LBJ Library

Today has been a very laid back kind of day. It being Sunday not much has been open, but the LBJ library opened at 9am and so we got there by around 9:30am. The museum was very interesting and educational, as well as having interactive areas. I read several documents regarding the assassination of JFK and the swearing in of LBJ, even saw the bible belonging to JFK that was quickly grabbed off of ...

... the dragon at first. I would suggest finding a quest guide for this quest if you are fairly new to Runescape. The first time I fought him I was level 51, and I did manage to beat it. After you have beaten this quest you can wear Full
Rune. I would also suggest buying a Rune Scimitar or Battle Axe as well.

... Dwarven Mines/Al Kharid Mine At these 2 locations you should focus on fighting the level 14 scorpions. Although they drop absolutely nothing, they are a very easy kill for the experience gained. At this point you should choose what ability your character should favor. To build an all around character, I would suggest raising your strength 5 levels, then raise your attack 5 levels, then work on defense for 5 levels. Then ...

Let's Go Retro! This Season's Fashion Trends

... and sharp clean colors. Retro does not mean 'old fashioned'. Rather it is synonymous with 'timeless' or classic and such are this season's colors - timeless and classic monochromes with an infusion of grays, earthy browns and powerful purples. The cardigan sees a revival along with the turtleneck and tapered trousers, and striped shirts. The best dressed man in the high street this winter shows just how to wear a synergy of dressy and casual within the same ...

Put together a textured charcoal gray sweater with a pair of denim jeans from Kippys or REOSTARR; complete the look with a cute pair of black ballet flats. For the in between season, when it's not quite cool enough for a wool sweater, wear a lightweight men's sweater or cape from Adore; Streets Ahead makes some great long-sleeve ...

Mixed shells: the use of electromagnetic acceleration tracks the entity fired out at the last we have mentioned 425Rail gun is the type of weapon. Was launched massive artillery shells (kg level). And we're off!

It's 10:00 pm, bags are packed. I'm watching a movie with a friend and Lyndsey is drinking a celebratory beer (I'm staying alchohol free 'till the antibiotics are done :) Tomorrow morning Lyndsey picks me up at 5:00 am (thanks Mrs. Butler!) and we're off! I'll try to update from the 11, oh yes, that's right, 11 hour layover at LAX. Toodles!

... Dallas I guess. We had been to used to just going to one giant shop that sold everything. Only too late we found out that where we were staying had mostly Mexican stores (I asked 3 staff in the supermarket and not one of them knew what Coleslaw was, let alone if they sold it.) and it was a Dry County. No booze :( Luckily Fortworth (Dallas' sister city) had the cheapest, biggest and possibly best tasting American beer we tasted. Stuff we did: Went to a ...

However, the apartment was comfortable and spacious for two people. We loved it! Thanks again Mom and Dad. After some beer, March Madness and a movie we passed out easily. Arrival to the States via Dallas

... for each other in our bags and went through customs. Things came full circle as Josh was hassled at customs and taken aside for a full check of his bag while David waltzed through. This was the unfortunately rushed way in which the two of us parted ways for our separate flights out of Dallas. Josh made it through customs fine and on to his next flight.
