With our depth sounder transducer fitted, sunset bay was behind us at last. Off to the Inter Coastal Waterway. The ICW. Its a stretch of rivers canals and bays that runs down the east coast the the states. Cant remember how far but its something like 1000 or 1500nm. We wont be going on it that long. Just to fort Lauderdale. Our jump off point for the Bahamas.

It wasnt long into the day when the rain started. Just a bit.

These included participating in an International Wine Tasting event, wash and fold laundry (so nice to come and ...

We need to get the boat to the point of being self sufficient, allowing her to remain independent from marinas for 3 or 4 months at a time. Getting a vessel to this point ...

Friday, January 27 (Chris' birthday) - We took a trip via dingy to the mall nearby for a few things. Sitting in the cockpit later the winds died completely and into the anchorage motors Bud & Eileen from Winnepeg on Sea Camp. We met them here in Lake Worth last year while we were waiting to cross the gulf stream and we've kept in contact. They left Fort Pierce today running into two squalls on their way.

Saturday, January 28 - Moonride got a slip at Old ...
