We left Calais and headed for a campsite which wasn’t the greatest and didn’t have very nice bathroom facilities but at least it was a gorgeous night. ... why, but I love Victoria Rail Station (a very short walk from the Victoria Coach). Perhaps it all boils down to history; maybe I love the rushing crowds, everyone having a destination. Whatever it is, I could spend time just sitting and watching the travelers.

This day, though, I pulled myself away to begin the walk to Parliament. I didn't know if the protesters were still there or not ...

... at the moment so i won't go wake him up to write anything! We hope to update this blog as often as we can, but just don't know how often that will be yet, but please don't worry if we don't update in a while, it just means we are out on safari in the middle of nowhere!

Next job....getting on a plane! Starting to get a bit nervous....should be alright after take-off though (fingers crossed).

Well well well…Planning a trip is by no means an easy feat especially
when we’re talking about a country that is approximately 14 times the
size of the UK!

It’s turning out to be a nightmare to be honest. So much to see, so many to see…and 21 days just isn’t long enough!

Having never been there, it’s hard to understand just how big India really is.

I remember when I arrived in Vic Falls it never really hit me that I had arrived in Africa and I don't really remember at what point I realised where I was. ... Casablanca was not filmed in Casablanca at all, but Rabat! I was more than a little amazed at the lack of effort to try and cash in on the name as th**e was a disturbing lack of 'Rick's Bar', 'h**e's looking at you' ref**ences and souvenirs.
