    ... to the North of Patong which is the more grubby tourist area. We start the day with breakfast at the resort. Always good to have a big breakfast to start the day.     ... take a picture of where you park your bike....because I lost it! Well I walked by it, but got super panicked that I was on the wrong street or it got pinched, but thankfully with some eagle eyes and patience I found it.     ... and all the build up to the big day so we both agreed that this would probably be our first and last Christmas away from home, our preference in future years is to travel home for Christmas. Now this will undoubtedly place an extra challenge on the budget but am optimistic that Santa knows there are some things you just can’t put a price on and Christmas is one of them.

    ... a tree snake, he would have been more scared of us, he soon disappeared. I'm glad in one way that I cooked on my last day here as most of the Thai food we ate was bland and not traditional.
