    ... to take quite a detour due to road works. Got there by 10.30 and we spent a couple of very pleasant hours exploring the house and grounds of Castle Howard, film site for Brideshead Revisited a BBC hit, twice! I wondered how as I knew it said the hotel name in big letters on the front, I turned around and started walking back and looking at the numbers and I realised that the side of the street I was on was odd numbers and I was looking for an even number but there were no houses on that side of the road!!
