... this. Not sure how well my body is at using my aft to fuel me when there is little carbohydrate going in to fuel me. Found it hard work along the muddy tow path, but towards the end of the ride home began to feel I was getting into the groove.

... as well, certainly much less hot flushes than when I've tried before now I'm not eating much carbohydrates, but as in the past, the fluctuation in hormone levels has an effect on my 'prickleyness' - even less of a short fuse than normal.......
