The Grace Hotel is an art deco building from 1912ish. Very nice condition. Old World feeling inside. Its now a hotel considered for its location. 10 minutes walk to the Rocks, 5 minutes to Darling Harbor. It is one block away from the main street George Street. the rooms are comfortable and quiet. Bathroom is huge like it used to be in the old days. Reception staff spotty.

We left Honolulu early in the morning on Tues, and arrived Sydney late on Wed afternoon. I'm officially a time-traveler.

Had these great intentions of hitting ground running, and doing the 6p walking tour of the rocks....but the struggle is real when the jet-lag comes knocking. Kept telling my brain it was early evening.....but the body …

Finished Dissolution on the flight to Sydney and ate the complimentary ham, cheese and pickle sandwich. Left the book in the seat pocket and the middle aged couple next to me kindly pointed this out. I said I had finished it and they were welcome to take it if they liked.
