Welcome to my travelling blog. If anyone is at all interested this can be a quick and easy way to update lots of different people all at once so enjoy if you fancy some bedtime reading! So I've had my last weekend at home. It's been emotional of course ;) and I'm starting to really realise the big trip is fast approaching. About time! I've had my first practise pack...it was beneficial I promise...and I'm considering doing another JUST to check ...

... news from Paris which is awful, and still unfolding. Had a delicious take away as is the usual Friday evening meal here. More chat and then an early night. Have to be up earlier tomorrow as Diane and myself are going to a ladies breakfast at 8am for an 8.30 start. Cannock folk note it is a LADIES breakfast!!!. A very relaxed start to be big ...

... Lear who has a tumour behind her eyes and they travel to BIRMINGHAM Children's hospital once a month for treatment. She is adorable but almost blind. I told Her that I would pray for Her and would also ask my friends to do the same. Please pray for this lovely little family. Thank you. Well onward and upward now. So another update ...

... a photo of Churchill walking through the ruins after the bombing. Looks pretty much the same today, but without the rubble ( and of course sans Churchill). Coventry is quite a small place really, it's easy to get around. The centre of the city is ensconced by a fairly busy ring road, with a series of tunnels to get foot traffic ...

I don’t know if that was the architect’s intention, but it’s a convincing one for an interesting and unusual feature. ...
