      ... in the snow! Ava went tubing! She thought it was great! It's the first time they've taken Ava and now that they know how it works they will take her again! This is a great way to spend the my last few weeks travelling! I'm definitely happy to be here with family, even if I'm not used to the cold yet! I do miss the sunshine and beaches!       ... at 5am the next morning! But I survived. On Sunday, I went out to Kate's for my last ride out. Lou, Jane, Kate and I rode out on the bridle path around Orton on the Hill. The day was stunning, the view was incredible, and it felt just like spring.       ... Once fuelled up, we prepared for take off, only for it to be quickly aborted. As we were in Newfoundland (not Uganda) and it was below freezing, the wings of the plane had iced up so we had to wait for the de-icers to come out and squirt us. Finally we were on our way.
