Today we left Poughkeepsie for Philadelphia, via Milford, a historic town and in which the cemetery of which my Great, Great.....Grandfather General Daniel Brodhead is buried. The town of Milford was absolutely beautiful, soemthing I did not expect, with a very French influence. Many french bakeries and beautiful old homes. So the day finally arrived after 3 weeks of stress and laughter and tears as to whether we would pull this off with the max of 1 hour a day in the first week and a max of 2-3 hours a day for the last 2 weeks - apart from the day we went to camel beach and college day - 2 days worth of rehearsals...gone by being part of camp haha!!! A day of sports against 4 teams...colours of white, red, green and blue!!! Named after USA famous university basketball teams - blue devils (Duke), white wildcats (Kentucky), red badgers (Wisconsin) and green Spartans (Michigan State) - I was with the Kentucky Wildcats!!!
