... the folks dropping crab lines off the end of the pier and of course having a Mr Whippy ice cream, before getting the slow train back. After a spot of shopping in Southend we went home to fire up the BBQ hoping it wouldn't rain and managed to get everything cooked and eaten with only clouds overhead.
