... match with the Morgan's old world charm and modern innards.
Had a fabulous drive through Greet, Didbrook, Toddington, Teddington, Temple Guiting, Hawking, Charlton Kings and Notgrove, before heading back to Malvern. The Malverns is a location west of Worcester and contains the towns Malvern, Little Malvern, Great Malvern and includes quite a high range of hills that form part of the border between Herefordshire and ...

Our stay in the United Kingdom this time is only about five days. We had travelled fairly extensively throughout the British Isles on our last trip and we always had planned to head South. The few days here were really only for getting over jet lag and for playing golf. Having done that, we hit the road to head to Birmingham and our flights to Spain.

After leaving Gloucester we by chance came across the Morgan Car Factory, after a drive through The Malverns, a beautiful area in South Worcestershire.

Morgans are still completely hand made, with either steel or aluminium chassis and wooden frames (made of Ash). They come in 4 or 8 cyl motors in convertible or sedan configuration, or the 3-wheeler which has a 115hp motor in 4 cyl.

Well, here it is, the long day trek from Winchcombe to Broadway. Estimated to be 20+km. It just happened to also be a bank holiday here in England and there was a once in a year steam train festival with steam train trips from Cheltenham to Laverton and back. The trains happened to stop at Winchcombe and pass through Toddington, about 8km up our trail. So we steamed up to Toddington and started the long trek from there. Because we ...

An early start to the day but it was not going to help. We were supposed to be in Bath by 10.00. We had traffic delays and roadworks, detours and squeezing along narrow roads. It was 11.30 before we got there. One and a half hours lost from our day. We were allowed to stay until 1.15. We drove though the Royal Park and saw the Georgian Crescent and the Circle. Beautiful Georgian Houses built during ...
