Is this an example of language changing? And of course, having been brought up with the old usage, I don't like it. At school we weren't allowed to use kid for child as it was reserved for the young of goats. And as a word for children it was only used by children. Now politicians use it and it appears in official signage. I wonder what will become of the word child? Or was this just ****** proofreading? After all ...

... centre, gave us a chance to cool down a little, had a bite to eat in the food hall, then it was back outside for Sean's challenge to walk the Coniche. Yet again spacious, clean and green, with many of the beaches segregated for private gatherings, family, children and Muslim's. It took us forever, I would say we walked about 5 Kms good effort given how hot it was, certainly kept up the water intake. The corniche is expansive, mind ...

... the palace. The Mosque is probably at this point the most amazing building I have ever seen. It is enormous and the quality of the craftsmanship has to be seen to be believed. From the worlds biggest carpet, to the massive chandeliers to the massive courtyard made from smal squares of marble that had been rejected by the Sheik. From their to the 18th floor of the Hyatt Capital gate ...
