What that appears to mean is that they don't try very hard to be attentive and responsive. Not saying they do a bad job but there certainly is a big difference to N.A. where a good chunk of your income is based on how well the guy with the credit card feels he was served!

We saw the old Royal Palace and the town square. Bicycles were put to so many uses.One lady had 5 dogs in a basket as she was a dog sitter. Children and cellos are carted around on the bikes also.
