Well - it's 7am and shortly everyone will be waking up and getting ready to head over to Derbyshire. The celebration party for Mum and Dad's 50th is happening today near Matlock starting at 12.30 and we are expecting nearly 40 people - all close family. We are coming together from near and far as apart from us, Dad's brother Richard and his partner have travelled from South Africa and Mum's brother Tony and his wife and one of their children will be over from Dublin. ...

We woke reasonably early again today after we both slept like logs, we definitely needed a good nights sleep. We eventually found out which platform we had to catch the train from (unfortunately it wasn't platform 9 3/4) ...

But aside from all the time spent (not wasted, not wasted at all) on these aforementioned pleasures, I have tried to think more long-term. What the hell am I going to do when I get back? To be fair, this has preoccupied my mind a little more than what I’m actually going to do when I get ...

... greet Ella. We try to keep Chalie occupied and some good weather sees us out at Graves Park for Ella's first day out in the open air. Inevitably the good weather has brought lots of families to the Park.

A great Conference group makes for a fabulous couple of days. Ann and I are busy around at Hannah and Steve's helping with both Ella and a slightly confused Charlie. He, and we, would be happier if he could articulate his thoughts and feelings but hey he is only just 1 year old.
