... We had booked a walking tour of 'inside Broadway'. It was actually really good, we learnt some history of Broadway and our tour guide was a Broadway actor who was a sarcastic American/Italian and he was hilarious though did keep bursting into song. At the end we had a quick chat with him and he asked if we minded being on their Facebook page. After that we headed for Ellen's star dust diner which we'd had suggested to us - however the queue was round the block ...
... the kitchen/laundry/loungeroom is so very very small, and the bathroom is TINY!! Nevertheless, it's within our budget, is quiet and means we don't have to share with other people which might be a bit hard being shift workers. The final was a game of pictionary. Everything was literary flavoured. The games in pictionary were famous books, the coin toss was a sticky note with a famous author quote on one side & another famous authors quote in the other.
It was a very funny night & a great way to start the week!
