... ever. You may think you have been to a terrible bathroom that stinks of pee, but this was something else, and the worst part was we had to pay to use it!!! ... our hotel quite easily and checked in. This is the only hotel where we have to pay for parking - however, when we check out we are entitled to a 20% discount on the parking. The car is parked a block away at the parking building attached to the Liverpool Football Club arena. The hotel is situated at Albert Dock in a former warehouse. The Albert Dock area has been transformed into a fabulous tourist precinct with restaurants, museums and pedestrian areas.

After a few more beers with my Egyptian roommates (not sure if they were being naughty Muslims or were Christian Egyptians????) it was time for bed after ticking off yet another items of my life ...

Yesterday picked up a car from from Manchester airport. The countryside is different, the accents on the plane different. Although they speak my language and drive on the right...oops, same side of the road, this is not home. I was not born here, I married one of them, which is why I am headed to Blackpool. I have been writing to Aunt Joyce since I was 19 years ...
