    ... all!

    And everybody here who lives rurally, has a problem with rabbits eating their garden produce, whether it's veges or flowers - they eat the lot!! They try their best with wire-netting, but the pesky things usually find a way in. No wonder they like the idea of gorse - no rabbits bother with that!

    This morning we got our own back on the rabbits - I cooked a rabbit (skinned by J!!!) in the slow cooker ...

    ... go to a cottage somewhere (in Scotland or Wales or anywhere) or they take a caravan to a field out in the middle of nowhere... and they walk! These days they might cycle as well, but the whole family does these outings - that's the holiday! I can't imagine a holiday without the beach, but I guess you do what you can with what you have.

    ... themselves will be auctioned off later in the year too to raise money for the charity. There is also a word search quiz that you can complete if you see all of the dragons to win flight tickets with KLM - but some letters are replaced with numbers (there was the odd '3' thrown in for an 'E' or a '1' for an 'I') so it would be difficult to cheat - although I am sure some kind soul may have placed the answer on the internet if you search.

    Apparently, a village has a pub and a general store, so it's smaller than a town, which has at least one pub and several shops. Then there's a hamlet, which has no pub or store, it's just a group of houses that they get to call something. Snape is a village - just a general store and a pub - actually two now!     ... day. The score was 1-1 in games and Wiatt was down 10-5 in the 3rd. He came back and actually had two match balls before losing 14-12. It was an excellent match to finish on.

    I hung out at the club until about 1 pm, enjoying a latte, a bacon roll, and a coffee. I coached Will in one of his matches and then headed back to the house to blog in the garden and just enjoy the sun.
