    ... Pulled over for motorhome acceleration trouble in Selmer, Tennessee. Turned it off and restarted and made it to TUSCUMBIA! 735 miles driven We stayed the night with my parents and celebrated Tate's 5th birthday with some swimming and cake and homemade ice cream.     ... starting with Troop in 1937. On the way back to the highway, we found a dead coyote with a red ribbon strapped to a fence housing cattle. So we are assuming this is a scare tactic for other coyotes. Whatever the reason, we were amused.

    Well, can hardly believe it ourselves but in the end we didn't leave Mercedes and the marvelous Llano Grande Park until February 21st. Four weeks easily turned into ten! – how did that happen?     We said our goodbyes to Fred and Sharon this morning and drove down the road 1.5 hours to Tullahoma, Tennessee. This small town is the home of the Beechcraft Heritage Museum. This museum is dedicated to preserving the legacy of Beechcraft aircraft. It is like Mecca to Dean.
