Think I drove the wrong way down a one way street in Vatcouver shortly after getting the car. Interesting for all those involved! Got to Whistler safely afer an interesting drive up the highway. Very hot here but it's not going to last.
Bought a picnic lunch in Squamish which we ate beside Alice Lake, beautiful.
And that pretty much sums up Whistler!
Having promised Doug that the road from Vancouver to Whistler was stunning all he saw was rain, low cloud and more rain. No improvement when we got there either and the peak to peak gondola was a waste of time because of the weather too.
So we mooched. And mooched some more.

How has this hotel rated in the past?
A hugh very comfortable bed. Bathroom could have been a bit bigger otherwise perfect.
