... s but at the same time everything is fresh and new. I just love it. The hotel staff are great and understood my humour so thats always handy. And its kind of fun swimming in the pool looking into the desert. We left Palm Springs Saturday and travelled to Modesto and spent the night there. Travelled from there Sunday - arrived late afternoon and checked into a very nice motel. We are just about to go out for dinner nearby so cheerio for now.

... sweatshirts, pajamas, 2 tank tops, a swimsuit, 6 scarves, 8 pairs of socks, undies, and 3 belts. Not too bad- eh? After all that packing perfection we decided to check one bag after all, so I took everything apart again, put a bunch of stuff into Dennis' bag, and put a bunch of his stuff into my bag. That way if my checked bag gets delayed I'm ok for a couple of days, and I don't have to sneak 2 quart size bags of liquids past the TSA... Big ...

This is holiday week end so we are going to stay put for a few days. Sean and Andrea, Debbie's son and daughter-in-law, are coming up from LA to see us. We are really is looking forward to seeing them. It has been a couple of years since we have seen each other.
