... grounds so even though they sell over 90,000 tickets for each weekend it didn't seem crowded at all and I think because of that everyone is in such a good mood and a happy vibe was everywhere which is the exact opposite to Big Day Out which crams 30-40K people into much much smaller showgrounds. ... time in Palm Springs ended with a visit to Ron and Lorraine Lutz's lovely winter home in a park in Palm Desert. They gave us a tour of their park and then treated us to dinner. The Lutz's have come to the Palm Springs area for several years and can hardly wait to return each year. They have made good friends and built a wonderful winter lifestyle for themselves.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving Day at old friends' Chris & Mike's house, about 45 minutes from here, and yesterday we had our own little Thanksgiving dinner, cooking a turkey with all the trimmings so that Greg could have his much-loved leftovers for lunch and dinner for a few days!
